Yes, as long as you are active. Anyone found autoclicking while not actively at their game will either receive a warning with a temp ban OR a permanent ban depending on the severity and amount of previous incidents.

Anything as long as it doesn't touch the client. Most keyboard/mouse software now comes with the ability to repeat mouse clicks.
