Enchanted HP
Enchanted HP is bonus Maximum HP that lives on a piece of equipment. You add it by enchanting the item with a gem. The bonus is permanent on that item, it travels with the item when you trade or sell it, and it counts toward your HP whenever the item is worn.
What can be enchanted

All seven equipment slots stack. Every enchanted piece you are wearing adds its HP to your Maximum HP at the same time.
How to enchant an item
Head over to the WuxingOven in the market (316, 224).
The three rules that matter
- The higher roll always wins. If your new roll is lower than the HP already on the item, the item keeps the value it had. Nothing is lost except the gem.
- The gem is always consumed, whether the roll was an improvement or not.
- 255 HP is the cap on a single item. Once a piece hits 255 there is no reason to enchant it again.
You can re-enchant an item as many times as you like, so enchanting is safe: an item can only ever go up.
How much HP does each gem give?
Every enchant is a random roll inside a range, and the range depends on the gem's type and quality. Better gems roll higher.
Normal gems
Every Normal gem rolls the same: 1 – 59 HP.
Dragon, Phoenix, Fury, Rainbow, Kylin, Violet, Moon — no difference at Normal quality, so use whichever is cheapest.

Super Dragon Gems are the best enchant in the game — the only gem that can reach the 255 cap.
Getting the most out of it
- Save your Super Dragon Gems for the gear you actually keep — your weapon and armor. They are the only way to push an item into the 200+ range.
- Enchant every slot. With all seven slots at 255 you are carrying 1,785 bonus HP, which is far more than any single piece of gear will ever give you.
