Intensify - Changed to increase damage across all damage types.
Adv. Fire Meteor - Chance to hit for very high damage, costs stamina on cast.
Is there 2nd rb?
The server currently only has 1st rb. This does not mean it will stay like this, the original plan for the server was to have 2nd rb added later BUT not like retail. We do not want to repeat the issues that 2nd rb had on retail which is increasing the damage reduction further causing massive imbalances from 1st and 2nd rb. We also want to completely prevent the meta of reflect. This means not allowing xxx-war-xxx rb paths to dominate with reflect.
When will 2nd rb be added?
Sometime in the future it will be discussed with the community. We want to fix a lot of the pain points like the quest.
I hate 2nd rb!
Good, let us know. We don't want to add anything that majority of the community hates. Maybe you don't hate 2nd rb and you just hate the way retail Conquer did it. If you have suggestions on how to do it better then let us know when we start the discussion.
