Server Rules & Terms of Service

By creating an account or playing on this server, you agree to follow these rules and terms.

1. Be Respectful

Don't be a dick. Treat other players and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, excessive toxicity, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Keep both in-game and Discord interactions civil.

2. Follow the Rules & Staff Instructions

You are expected to read, understand, and follow the server rules and any instructions given by staff. Repeated failure to do so may result in warnings, kicks, suspensions, or permanent bans.

3. Fair Play Only

Cheats, bots, exploits, edited clients, unauthorized third-party software, hardware automation, or any method that provides an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.

Exception: Auto-clicking is permitted only while you are actively playing the game to reduce unnecessary mouse or finger strain. Auto-clicking while away from the game or unattended is not allowed and may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

4. No Real Money Trading (RMT)

Buying, selling, trading, gifting, or exchanging accounts, characters, items, in-game currency, services, or anything else for real-world money or anything of real-world value is strictly prohibited. This includes transferring items from one game/server/etc to another.

Any suspicious transactions or attempts to disguise RMT (including "gifting") may be investigated. Violations may result in the permanent termination of all accounts associated with both the buyer and seller.

5. Report Bugs — Don't Abuse Them

If you discover a bug or exploit, report it to the staff. Intentionally abusing bugs or exploits for personal gain may result in the removal of items, characters, levels, privileges, or permanent account termination.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login information with anyone.

7. Donations

Donations are entirely voluntary and help cover the costs of operating, maintaining, and improving the server.

This project is not operated for profit. Donations are not purchases and do not guarantee products, services, ownership rights, refunds, or future access. Any optional in-game rewards provided to donors are discretionary, have no real-world value, and may be changed or removed at any time. All donations are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Virtual Property

All accounts, characters, items, currency, and other in-game assets exist solely on this server. They have no real-world monetary value and may be modified, reset, or removed at any time.

9. Service Availability

The server is provided "as is." We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for downtime, bugs, rollbacks, data loss, service interruptions, or gameplay changes.

10. Changes to the Rules

These rules and Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the server constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

11. Enforcement

Staff reserve the right to investigate any activity that may harm the server or its community and to issue warnings, suspensions, or permanent account terminations when appropriate.

Staff may also publicly disclose relevant user activity, communications, or evidence when necessary to substantiate or refute claims involving a user. Any real-world identifying or otherwise sensitive personal information will be removed before publication.
